What was there before there was light? Dark. The dark is the womb of creation. While going there is not for the faint of heart, it is where we can truly get to our essence and create ourselves anew. After all, the light came from the dark. We all go through periods of questioning, depression, anxiety, “the dark night of the soul”. It is in understanding the true nature of what is happening in the healing process that we can fully embody the phoenix rising from the ashes. What comes out of the dark is magnificent!
